codes:(c#)
RequestAgentNotReady requestAgentNotReady =
RequestAgentNotReady.Create(
thisDN,
AgentWorkMode.AuxWork);
then return event error ,the error message is : Privilege violation on specified device
how to solve it ? ???
-
I've seen this a few times, the most likely answer is that this is the only agent in the PG. There is an option on your Processing Group called "Last agent withdrawal authorized" that will fix the issue.
:)

How to find the PG ? ???
-
How can i find this option from configuration manager ?
-
Search for ACD Queues, you can also read your TServer guide
-
I'm assuming you're on an alcatel as I've only seen this error on an Alcatel.
So the ACD Queue that the agent specifies when logging in is actually a Processing Group.
The settings I've mentioned previously are on the Processing Group on the PABX, you can't change them (at least not that I know of) in CME.
-
Yes you can change them :) Later will do my PG video too
-
You can change the PABX configuration in Configuration Manager???
I don't believe you.
:P
-
Ah...in CME no way lol
Sorry...didn't read that last part...however....there is an Alcatel tool called Synchro Server on where you can change some PXE configurations doing it on Genesys...interesting idea...will begin to research more. Alcatel has an API to be used to configure it and access a lot of cool functions...so probably can be done :D
-
Yes, I've looked at synchro server before, not in great detail though.
I looked at it until I saw the price, it's very expensive from what I'm told.
-
It is expensive if you buy RSI to Alcatel without buying Genesys it is expensive, but if you buy Genesys to them it is free...kinda...

Which api can configure it ?
-
You don't want it, it will be strange and French. :p
Have you had any success in making the changes I mentioned wilsonliu123? You can make them through CCS, no need for any API's.
-
hahaha it is not in French only, well not anymore :)
And yes, using CCS will do the same job manually

The CCS's Full Name ?
-
Call Center Supervisor

Sounds like you might have to engage your PBX/Switch/Alcatel engineer/vendor/support team.
The PG settings we use are as follows:
Type of Seach: MIT
Force Headset: yes
Last Agent Withdrawal Authorized: yes (depending on requirements)
Withdrawal after Logon: yes (generally)
Call Release by Agent Forbidden:
Eternal Wrap Up: yes
The rest vary depending on requirements.
The other settings that you should check is the agent's ACD login settings:
Make sure that "Self Assigning Agent is ticked, and preferred GT Agents is set to "none".
