Title: Hipbone Server Problem

Hi:)

Did anyone experience a "could not load conavigation applet" error when trying to click on GuestLogin button when testing Hipbone server?

I tried it almost a year later and still get this problem.
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
I was following Genesys ICC installation manual and still get this problem.

Has anyone wrote their own manual for ICC installation that you can share with the rest of us?

Did you check to make sure that under advanced options in your browser that you don't have the Java Sun VM selected as opposed to the default microsoft vm ?

This gets installed when installing some JRE's
