Title: IVR result is showing as Unknown

Hi,

In VAR reports, for the calls which has existed for more than 1800 seconds on the IVR, the IVR result is showing as UNKNOWN and GVP_APP_ID as value '0' which is supposed to show some value. Is there any setting that we can set time limit for the caller to paly around IVR? please, somebody help me in understanding this.
