Title: collect digits

hello guys,

I am new to this forum.  :)

i am trying to collect the digits in the Q from caller and route it to different Q with interference of GVP (in  Q playing switch music). "Play Announcement and collect digits" uses GVp. no results with "collect digits" too. some one throw some light on this?  ???

What about posting some information about your environment (switch type, genesys release, gvp deployment mode, logs)??? People here are always trying to help but they are not wizards...
