				Hi All,
Have some one know the solution to get the value of Inbound call from CCPulse?
I would like to know the period of highest Inbound call everyday.

				Possibly haven't understood you..
Historical reporting should cover this for you, or, if it needs to be in CCPulse, CCPulse+ would show you the call volumes for given periods of time.

				Also, in case this is what you mean, you should be able to find out the maximum number of inbound calls in a particular queue during a certain time period using the Maximum_Calls statistical type.
If you don't have this, create it using:
Category: MaxNumber
Subject: DNAction
Main Mask: CallWait
