Title: line busy error

im facing problem after i configured users on both CCM and T-Server most of users can not make or receive any call they just line busy when they try to use OCS to dial.
Can anyone help and tell me what to do to solve this issue.

Some logs would be great you know? Also how have you configured CPD and such stuff...just in case our magic balls fails.

actually im not expert at all in Gets i just know how to configure it i just create users on T-Server and associate them to getsuser on ccm
i faced problem before and i just deasscoiate and associate user
so can how i gets logs from t-server and what do think the cause of the prob

Read the TServer guide on how to get logs, however, leave those tasks to a expert please. You can misconfigure something and damage more than help.
