Title: genesys training software

Hi,
I am a CGE and need to do some testing on genesys. I currently don't have access to the genesys s/w. Can somebody give me info on any training version of genesys available somewhere?

I think you can ask Genesys to provide you with the software for presales purpposes. Usually, they are really nice about it.

genesys has discontinued the practice of providing software for pre sales purposes. Does anybody has a trial software which he/she is willing to share?

I am sorry, george, but I do not think that Genesys would be too happy about us distributing its software without its consent.

Where are you located? What about asking your local Genesys VAR to provide you with a copy for evaluation purposes only?
I really wish I could be of a bit more help, but I do not think it would be a wise thing to do.
