Title: Dialogic PDK file for the CPD server
Post by: jason on May 06, 2009, 05:41:31 PM
Hi Guys...

Just a quick question ...where do you mentioned the dialogic cdp file in the CPD configuration ?

The only option I can see is cdp-file-name-prefix ..I have mentioned the exact cdp file that iam using for my setup under here

But when i try to make a call via OCS i get a No Free Port error ...Is there anything else that I need to set up CPD so that it starts talking to dialogic

Hi, which kind of Dialogic board do you use? Do you use GVP and Outbound on it  ? What is the Genesys version you use ?

For the cdp file, you should open DCM(Dialogic Configuration Manager) and then click on "PDK configuration" tab.
Under "PDK Trunk 0" put the reference of your cdp file.

Remove the other references to other cdp file that might be found under the other "PDK trunk #"

Under the "misc tab, you should put the reference to your fcd and pcd files : "FCDFileName" and "PCD Filename"

Hope it will help you :)

Sorry ...I forgot to mention the main thing

We are using jct cards so I expect I would need to define the cdp file somewhere in the Genesys app so that it knows how to interact with the dialogic cards and the pbx

thanks
