Title: Call Generator with ability to send DTMF!

I've been thinking on how to test a new GVP application with some kind of automation.
I know, in this forum, there is "Call Generator" by Pavel but I need to step thru the application by sending a DTMF tone. Such as sending account number and sending 1 for menu...etc.

I've tried with asterisk, got connected and tried "sendDTMF(1234, 200)" on the channel. But didn't work!

Anyone out there have some ideas on this?

....I know this is a really old thread, but....

Use a mobile phone.  Create a new contact for each test and save the digits, along with the test name as the contact name.... something like:

9pp08001234567pp#1234pp1p2p3p4

(press and hold "0" for p = pause 1 second)
