Hi,
We are using 5 Servers (Database, Configuration, TServer, Stream Manager and Recording Server) for Outbound Dialing in Genesys 7.5. But i can't understand how to dataflow in geneys outbound calling in (Predictive and Preview).
Anybody, Can u tell how to call flow in genesys dialer from agentlogin to agentupdate the call?

You can find almost all required information in "Outbound Contact 7.6 Deployment Guide". Please read chapter "Architecture".
