Post by: Mikael Jansson on May 15, 2009, 08:16:05 AM
Hi !
Any one know of a way to group interaction queues into one object i ccpulse?
I want to get an overview on the mail load in realtime in CCP.

Hi Micke,

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to group Interaction Queues in the same way as possible for ACD/Virtual Queues. Do you need to group particular queues or all queues in the system? For second variant - all queues - you can use Java statistics per tenant that will give you total number of interactions (entered, max etc.).
