Hi all.
I am trying to transfer a call using agents softphone to another cdn. but i am getting fast busy tone. attached is the log and connid is 00f201b047b78106. pls let me know whats wrong

Based on the log PBX considers target number '82769582' as invalid one:

Destination TN:204
Call ID:9d4
You wrote about transfer to another CDN so I assume this CDN is located on the same switch as the original one. But PBX considers this number to external and tries to route the call via trunk outside the switch.
