Title: Calling List Weightings

Hello,

Can someone please explain how weightings on a calling list work?  For example, I have 5 calling lists associated to my campaign - one with a weighting of 50, one 20, and the remaining 3 set to 10.  When the campaign is loaded and started what effect would these weightings have?

Is it some sort of percentage of dialling concentration, or is it to do with records retrieved from each list?

Any help would be appreciated.

There is detailed description of how calling list weight works in Outbound Contact Manager help. Please find the topic "Understanding Weights".
