Title: Reg: ConnectionID,ANI and DNIS
Post by: JJR on May 27, 2009, 12:03:32 PM
Hi,

I am new to the Genesys. We are using the IBM directTalk and Genesys. Globaltrace log is not showing the DNIS,ANI and connectioniD of call. Could anyone help me in what kind of scenarios this kind of error comes.

Your help is appreciated.

Thanks
Janakiram

What is global trace? COnnID is a TServer feature, if Global Trace is a client of TServer then it should be filled with ConnID but if not I don't see why. Anyway it would be a issue of that software.

Globaltrace is a log file in DirectTalk abt callinformation.T-server sends connectionID to directtalk.

You should ask to DirectTalk people then, that is not a Genesys issue.
