got problem with genesis as CTI (hot redundancy) and pbx synchronization.
if i run the ssbd from cmd.exe, give it a 'resync P' and 'yes' it goes well, but if i run from SCI the synchro stops after some minutes or hours and i need to stop ssbd from CRI, run from cmd.exe and resync manually.
logs not saying anything that could solve this problem, there is used latest version of ssbd plus latest version of t-server.
any hints? anyone has this running?

Synchro Server is an Alcatel developed product, Genesys does not offer any kind of support for it, you have to ask to your Alcatel support more info about this.

Why do you want to run ssbd from SCI ? Do you want to have permanent synchronization ? Did you set synchro-permanent option to on to enable this mode ? How did you set up start info of SSBD application ? Could you attach some logs from SSBD ?

Oh krzysio! dude! ;D missed your name!
borkokrz it is normal to run Synchro Server from SCI, in that way you can get alarms and all the stuff that SCI does for you.
I have this running on two sites, and was easy to setup reading documentation embedded on SS...

I've just remember that even teacher from alcalel brest recommended to be very careful with this tool on production environment, specially big with several switches. That's why I was so suprised that krzysio want to have permanent synchronization.

Hi Cav, good to see you here.
Anyway: ssbd setup as in docs.
Synchro-permanent: yes
now problems: i have hot redundancy, so got 2 Tservers. But SSBD & ACAPI only on one server (as docs for SSBD say, no redundancy is supported).
why to have permanent sychro: my CC enviroment lives: creating agents (not only in PABX) is on per-day basis and semi-automated.
so i want to have automatic synchro in one direction PBX->TServer.
Logs: only good things are seen while debug on console (with cmd.exe), if normal running just showing: '15:17:43.301 Standard tserver01 RSI_SS GCTI-00-05090 Application start detected by Management Layer" and than Do Acapi... and that's it.
if run from console (cmd.exe) then it says: should delete... should create... and when i do: resync P it does it's job.
then it's synchronized for a while (it works for some hours or days) and suddenly it stops.

If you run it from command line it also should synchronize without need to 'recync P' command. I've run it on test environment, with synchro-permanent=on and startup phase was following:
- connect to LCA
- connect to confserv
- connect to ACAPI
- synchronization
when I've added DN on pcx side it was propagated to CME.
What happens if you leave it running from command line ? Will sychronization also stop ?
P.S. I know that sometimes, when SCS is running against proxy, when start info is pushed to lca it is pushed with proxy info (not confserv). Maybe this is the case ?

Upgraded to RSI_Synchro_Server_9.3.1
10:35:17.645 Standard tserver01 RSI_SS GCTI-00-05090 Application start detected by Management Layer
01:45:23.192 Standard tserver01 RSI_SS GCTI-00-05064 Application terminated due to internal condition
01:45:23.801 Standard tserver01 RSI_SS GCTI-00-05090 Application start detected by Management Layer
And in docs from ALU it says: that bug is fixed, bug was 'random stop of ssbd at 1:46'...
huh... shame on Alcatel...
