Title: Genesys with Siebel-on-Demand

We have an opportunity where the customer is running Siebel-on-Demand with Avaya.

1. Is there a G-Plus adapter for Siebel-on-Demand ? (is this the same is the standard Siebel G-Plus?)
2. Has there been any similar deployment with Siebel-on-Demand anywhere else?
              a) If so, what was the solution? (e.g. Gplus adapter, GAD or customized softTbar softphone)

Hi,

Based on information available on Oracle website Siebel-On-Demand is SAS (Software-As-Service) product thus there are no Siebel component deployed on customer side. It means you can't use existing Gplus adapter for Siebel CRM as it has to be installed on Siebel server.

Integration with Genesys won't be easy as there is no out-of-box solution but it should be possible. Based on information on Oracle website Siebel-On-Demand supports web services for integration. So theoretically you can develop your own "Gplus adapter" that will communicate with Oracle using web services.
