Hi all,
Hereafter is our environment:
1 Genesys Blended Outbound + Inbound 6.1.
2 Nortel Meridian, rel. 25
3 CTI Link MLS40
4 Oracle 817
5 Symposium TServer Ver 6.1.001.23
6 OCServer 6.1.000.10
7 CPDServer 6.1.000.09 + Dialogic board (E1/T1)
8 Statserver 6.1.007.03
9 URServer 6.1.010
10 Predictive and progressive Modes
12 VB based desktop application.
And here is the definition of the problem:
1 An outbound call is made.
2 If the result is ok the call is transfered to a RP. A routing Strategy select the longest available agent in an agent group and send him the call.
3 if the agent hangs up after a time less than 140 seconds, he has to wait till 140 seconds before receiving the second call.
4 It he hangs up after 140 seconds of conversation the second call is requested by OCS directly to CPDServer.
We have checked all parameters in the CME and no one is found with a value of 140 sec.
All Genesys events are distributed correctly to all other applications.
If the routing action (toward agents) is made by the ACD in the PBX everything goes ok.
All other Genesys parameter options are checked and are compared with another project on which everything is ok.
Thanks to give me your opinion on that.

Were you able to resolve the problem?

Vic,
Yes indeed.
The problem comes form a Timer setting within the PBX.
