I have a problem with rescheduled calls in outbound. I assign the rescheduled calls to the campaign not at agent (i don't want change this)
I have an agent that belongs to the campaign and is always logged on the phone but is not logged in GAD.
As the agent is assigned to the campaign some calls are assigned to this agent. I wish he was not assigned any calls.
I want only the agents that are connected to phone and GAD receive rescheduled calls.
