Hello All,

What is the best method to synchronize and backup two Genesys configuration databases primary and backup (e.g. Windows 2005 MSSQL/ Primary Chicago, backup London)?

Hello,

It isn't possible to answer your question as it is very general. I can image a lot of factors that should be taken into account (frequency of configuration changes, business requirements, connection capacity) before making decision what way of DB synchronization will be the best one.

Sorry for that answer as I assume your expectation was different. But there is no one "best synchronization/backup" method suitable for all situations.
