Hello,
I have created a new layout and reporting template within Data Modelling Assistant, then activated the reporting template.
The data tab within the reporting template is not collecting any data like the other are. Does anything need to be restarted?

...In my experience it can take a while for the new template to become active, depending on your ETL settings and Aggregation levels. If you are collating NOAGG then 24 hours should be long enough... other Aggregate settings may take longer...

Hi,
I think he is talking about DMA.
PFCCWA (interesting nick) try to look in to data sourcer logfiles for errors. Or just post the log here.

I am using version 6.5. It did not take time. I created a template and waited for next ETL load ( mine is 30 minutes) then I had the data. Sometimes it required CCA apps restart.
Like Karma mentioned start with the log files then you know the problem exactly.

Just Restart the Stat Server and Data Sourcer and ETL services and this should fix your problem.
