could any one let me know what does this mean?
one of our call was routed to ACD inspite of agent in ready state. I tried posting the complete log but i was getting this error. [b]"The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved."[/b]
so pasting a part of log.
