Title: Genesys predictive to Preview Dialer

Hey all,

So let me tell you now I am a complete newbie to Genesys and its confusing the hell out of me.  I have been tasked with creating an SoW to upgrade from predictive to preview dialing and I just dont know where to start.

I was wondering if anyone of you would be so kind as to tell me what is required and the general work involved to upgrade from the above.  I believe they are using 7.0(3) but not entirely sure.

Certainly appreciate any advice given.

Preview requires a license, do you have it? If so in OCM just change the dialing method of the campaign.
