Dear all
UCS provide simple functionality to store Contact information.
Is it possible to customize UCS database fields?
For example I want to add several additonal fields in UCS ("client status", "client questions" and etc).
When agent answer to call I want to see these fields in GAD tab "Contact"

I don't think that is possible, that should be done on your CRM side, not on Genesys side, UCS is more for a tracking issue.

I'll give you more optimistic message then cavagnaro did - yes, it is possible and it is standard feature of Multimedia/GDesktop.
About UCS - it is not allowed to add new columns but there 10 columns of data type "String" and 3 columns of data type "Date" available for customization. Steps required to defined new attribute are described in the document "Multimedia 7.5 Selected Conceptual Data Models for the UCS Database". Please look to the chapter "Contact Package / Sortable"
About GDesktop - check documentation (Deployment Guide), look for option "displayed-attributes".
