can any budy help me out ,how to show the agent login time in ccpulse reporting, how much time he log in ,rather to calculate maually... and also is there possible to show only those agent who currently login in ccpulse ...
-
??? Well all is possible...
Select all agents, threshold, Action Loggout > Hide; Action Login > Show.
What do you mean loggin time? You can create a Stat to calculate the login time with StatType SinceLogin...
-
means at what time agent log in....
-
Oh, for that enable in StatServer the Login table and extract the data from there. Meaning of CCPulse is to track Contact Center enviroment, not to do taskforce management or control, however it is common that end users to want all in a single screen. However I can't see how the login hour may impact on the CC work after 2 hours the event happened.
