Title: historical report in cc pulse

want to generate historical report in half hourly (30 mins)...by default 15 mins ,hourly and so on available,but end user requirement is half hourly ...any suggestion

Have you tried customizing the time profiles and modifying the connection tab of the CCPulse by adding respective Datamart??

not yet ,actually i m new in genesys ,plz suggest me steps,i will try it ...thanks
