Title: Agent record missing

Hi;

I'm having a few issues here:

1. in DMA - I can see the record for that particular agent on 22/6  exist/statistic captured - but when I extract the report (using Hyperion on 23/6) the record does not exist for that particular date. It only happen for a few agents on that 22/6, but record on 21/6 and 23/6 for that particular agents were exist.

2. in DMA - data captured as 0 - means no activity has been captured for this agent, so no record found in Hyperion too.

My question:  is there any way to recover the record missing for the case no 1 & 2 ? In ETL log file, there were no unusual/error log produced on 23/6.
