Hello,
Is it possible to define the option "wrap-up-time" elsewhere as on the "agent-login". I would like to put it on an agent-group or on a RSI.

I'm not sure which PBX you're using but on the 4400 you can configure the "Auto wrap-up timer" on the RSI to the required number of milliseconds.

CM does not know the term wrap-up you manage from T-server option or set wrap-up on Agent Login option.
