Title: Agent cant login to Email

Hi
We recently started with Email in G7
We have problem when the agent logs out of G7.When trying to log in again its only the voice media that works. Email is alreday 'ALREADY_LOGGED_IN' due to loggs.
Its like the session is still left in SIP T Server...

Hi,

Email channel has nothing to do with SIP server. Anyway, most like you are not properly logging out agent from email channel, therefore agent is still logged in for email. Try revise your softphone code.
