Title: Install Multimedia

Dear All,

    Please someone to help me I am installing MM on single server by using wizard and I can start all of the MM application except WEBAPIServer and I have noticed one thing I use Tomcat and IIS. In IIS I cannot see WEBAPI75 floder but I have WEBAPISample75 I don't know how can i make it? I think If I have WEBAPI75 in IIS I can start WEBAPIServer right? I already try to uninstall/install just only WEBAPIServer but still cannot get WEBAPI75 -_-'

The wizard installation is very detailed on the Deployment guide, have you checked? Check also what your logs says about the error.

yes i already check as in document do you have document about implement WEBAPI?

HI,

I have try to open web test such as http://localhost/WebAPISamples75a/EmailWithAttachment/Email.jsp but the web page has showed [b]source code[/b] of jsp I don't know why?

Because you haven't instruct IIS that those formats have to be handled by Tomcat. There is a configuration needed in order to do it, i'm sure it is on the documentation.

how can i connect webapi with tomcat in KANA? can i do? i want to used same tomcat because i install co-brow and web-api-server in the same machine.
