Title: auto prefix

Hi all,

Is it possible to add automatically a prefix to the dialed number? For example, if I dial 06702235681 on my Polycom hardphone, Genesys insert a prefix (for example: *3325), and this number (*332506702235681) is sent to the Sip server. We have no GAD or OCS.
Maybe it's a DN level or Agent level configuration?
We need to configure just one extension in our call center.
Or Polycom can do this (not found a solution yet)?

no way, unless you are using SIP Server where a trunk can do such job. Otherwise you will have to configure that in the softphone.
About Polycom...ask in a polycom forum..
