Title: co-browsing

Dear all,

I got an error when i have test cobrowsing

[b]This sample demonstrates basic Cobrowse functionality

Connecting to Cobrowse server...
Can't login to Cobrowse server. Reason: HBERR_COOKIES_DISABLED
Description: Cookies are disabled [/b]

have somebody face this problem?

Hi,

Based on the error message there is an issue related cookies. Check following:

- Cookies are enabled in the browser you're using
- CoBrowse server has been assigned fully-qualified domain name (FQDN) - it won't work without it as cookies require FQDN
