Title: 613 error code in smart phone

Hi,

What does the error code 613 represents while login to the smart phone. Used correct login ID and Extension.

Refer to the ticket no. 117830 from genesys site...

It Says

Your hunt groups are not configured properly in CME. Please remove all the hunt group extension numbers from CME and put them back in as DNs of type 'ACD Queue' and make sure the 'switch specific type' attribute is set to '1' (the default).

This should resolve your issue.
