Genesys Technical Support Consultant – Permanent - West Midlands, UK.
Working for a professional services arm of a specialist Contact Centre, BI, and WFO consultancy.
Responsibilities include:
· Leading the resolution on all support issues relating to our customers
· Troubleshooting and resolving highly complex issues[
· Working with 3rd parties and internal teams to resolve issues
· Mix of on-site and remote support
* Technically assist implementation teams on current projects
[u]Essential Skills required:
[/u]
· Solid experience in call centre solution support, specifically with Genesys – ideally having done relevant Genesys training and certifications
· Broad understanding of the Genesys suite – Inbound, Outbound, E-mail, Reporting, GVP, WFM
· Peripheral system/product knowledge e.g. networking, servers, operating systems and databases
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent client facing/liaison experience
· Excellent written skills to compile reports and documents
· Self motivated and self managed
* Good fault finding and analytical skills
