Iserver and virtual t-server are part of IVR Server.IVR server is the Genesys application which act as an interface between IVR and CTI.IVR server can be set up in two modes infront or behind. The virtual t-server becomes important when we are configuring the IVR server(IServer+VTS) in infront mode as there is no premise switch to connected to .Iserver does the talking with IVR while the VTS part act as a virtual T-Server connected to a remote site.
