Guys,
The campaigns I run are in Preview, however I'd like to not soley rely on advisor logging of call results in GAD.
Is there a way the CPD/Dialogic can be turned on, without instigating Progressive, to log the call result?
Any words of wisdom, or otherwise, appreciated.
