Hi there,
I would like to ask regarding a issue we have on the Tserver and Avaya MAPD. We always have a invalid client displayed on the MAPD systems logs. The Tserver could not connect to it. Our initial solutions is to restart the MAPD card and there is a time delay of 20min approx for the Tserver and MAPD to establisht connection. Thus this happen to anyone? any suggestion why the tserver and mapd could not re-connect immediately?

has it ever worked? If it hasn't, have you configured the CTI link in DLG? Can you post it here?
20 mins to connect? That's certainly something wrong, it shouldn't take more than a minute.
