Title: Chat statistics

Hi,
  Someone pls temme what are all the stats that are available for chat...
pointers to any documentation wud also be helpful.

Also all the voice stats are not applicable for chat -- correct me if i am wrong ..

Hello Karl,

I don't know the chat statistics either, but I think the principle should be the same as to email statistics with which I worked already.

You have to rely on the java statistics (at least for dimension Interaction Queue). I made a screen of the chat content of the java statistics (see attached Javastats_IQ_Chat.png). In addition the Open Media statistics worked for email as well (see attached Javastats_IQ_OM.png).

This is not much, but for other dimension there are more of them!

Should be documented somewhere in the stat server users guide. For implementing the java statistics look at the stat server deployment guide. You have to enable the stat server java extensions for those interaction queue statistics.

You can find list of chat-related statistics in "Reporting Technical Reference Guide for the Genesys 7.2 Release". Unfortunately, this document is a bit outdated so it's necessary to check release notes of Chat Server and Interaction Server as well.

I have installed the java extensions in my stat server. I have configured few stats in my stat server with java category.I have restarted my SS. In CCPulse while creating templates i cudn't find the stats whatever i created with java category. Pointers to this wud be helpful.
