Hello, :)
After starting the solution with Solution Control Interface, the first call that is meant to arrives at the GVP via the Framework doesn't play the voice appplication. :(
We hear the ring tone but nothing happens. :-\
Then for the other calls, the URS correctly routes the signal to the GVP voice application.
In the log files I noticed that there is no "place" that has been chosen for the first call.
And for the second call, we can see that the place "Place_Port1" is used.
NB: I configured 3 Voice Treatment Ports / Places linked with these VTP.
I also noticed that in the Universal Routing Server application, we can set different options.
So I supposed that my problem will be solved if I configure the right option but I don't know exactly which one it is.
Could anyone help me please? ???
Thanks in advance for your help.
Sophie
PS: I wanted to attach my zip file with two log files about the calls but

------------------------
I installed and configured Genesys Voice Platform 7.6
It has a behind-the-switch mode.
The components in my GVP 7.6 are:
- EMPS,
- EMS Runtime, EMS Reporting,
- IPCS
The Voice XML applications are not generated by Genesys Studio.
The GVP works with the SIP Server (T-Server 7.6.000.40) configured in the Framework 7.6 (installed with Genesys Express 4.6)
Universal Routing Server 7.6.001.06
When it comes to softphones, I am using X-lite 3.0 and SJphone 1.65

Hi Sophie,
It would be tricky to help you without logs. But it seems to me that some component like StatServer, IVR T-Server or GVP IVR-Server client wasn't initialized at the time of first call so URS was unable to route the call.
R.
PS. Please PM Vic or Tony and let them know about your issue with attachment.

Hi!
As I faced many problems with my deployment, I decided to re-install everything.
Then I checked if I had the same issues that appeared before re-installing.
And now it is OK with the first call to GVP via Framework! ::)
I tried to figure out where the error may come from but I still don't know why I had this problem before.
Anyway my installation works now. ;D
