We currently perform ACD group routing to GVP and we are experiencing some issues like
1. Calls just ringing
2. IVR ports goes to unavailable state after ring no answer.
Please advice if its good to go with Genesys routing

Hi,
You can go with Genesys Routing but don't expect it will solve described issues. These are - with high probability - related to the way GVP is integrated with your switch. It's hard to help you when you don't provide us with any details...
