When Agent is talking to customer on a outbound call Genesys Agent Deskto shows a call results dropdown. How do I hide it? So agent cannot select any values here.
Nice to know where do I look for this information.

Hum...the changes you are trying to do are not so easy to achieve on GAD, why don't you think on develop your own softphone?

Such customization isn't officially supported. It should be possible to do it in unsupported way - direct modification of GDesktop's JSP file.
