Hi,
We have implemented Chat in our environment. I wanted to capture a few statistics in CCPulse.But I cudnt capture the below statistics
1. Interactions Accepted in Virtual Queue
2. Longest Speed of answer in virtual queue
3. Ring No Answer in agent view
Any pointers to resolve this issue wud be helpful.
