Hi,
1. We have lot of process working in the genesys 7.5 dialer. The each process have the different prefix. Can i restrict other prefix using the particular process.
2. If agent loggedout before disposing the record, I have the voice file for the particular record. But we dont have the disposition report. how to i get the report for the particular record.
3. Can i view the calling Tablename from CCPulse.
4. How to pullout the agents breakup time.
