Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find/alter the timeout period before a call is routed to a default Route Point. i have been looking, and refering to Genesys documentation, but I'm not having a lot of luck. i thought it may reside within GVP. What do you think??

Hi,
There is no such configuration like "default timeout" in URS. In standard routing strategy interaction is routed to default destination once timeout specified on Selection object expires.
Could you post here more details about the issue you have incl. logs?
