We are using contact SDK to retrieve standard responses from UCS. We are able to get list of categories along with the associated standard responses but unable to filter it out based on the input. The API method we used is to get the list of category is RequestGetAllCategories.
Is there any API method by which we can filter-out the category/standard response to get the appropriate standard response for a particular scenario.
Also i think the chat transcripts are stored in UCS DB, is there any API method to retrieve the transcripts from UCS.
