Hi,

I remember seeing a similar question a while back, but could not find it:

An incoming call is connected to Operator A, and then it is transferred to Operator B. I want to create statistic that measures the talk time of a call after it was connected to second-tier operator and beyond.

I thought that if I add an KVP to a call when Operator A transfers it to B, and then define all the stats with filter on this KVP, I would be able to get that time; however, I was wrong. It seems like adding KVP to a call midway does not allow me to count the rest of the talk time - it adds the total time of the call to the filtered stat and not from the moment KVP is added. Does anyone know how to do this?
