Title: Can i take the report of dialing numbers

Hi Team,

can i get the dialing number? becoz agent dials the mobile number, the number has RNR (not dispose the call) and dial landline number and dispose the landline number call details only. can i take the mobile number details. we are using the ccpulse and see the how much dialing dialing number and active number. but didn't show the phone numbers.

I quite don't understand very well your question but CCPulse and CCA will only collect stats for call center volume, if you want a report with details per call that can show you the ANI/DNIS you need ICON or InfoMart
