Title: Access Siebel - CTI via CITRIX

Hi,

we have configured communication toolbar for Siebel 8.0 and integrated with the Genesys 7.5 system

When we open a thin client, we are able to see the toolbar and able to login to the Genesys

But when we access the Siebel thin Client via CITRIX, we are able to see the toolbar but when we click on the toolbar it throwing the below shown errors:

1. Communication Agent Component is not initialized; Communication toolbar function might not work properly
2. Error in Caliing onLoad! Object Error
3. UpdateCmdMgrMenu :Object Error
4. CallRPC:Object Error

the above shown erros will occure one by one and the error no:3 will occur more tha 10 to 15 times

do we have any inputs/solution for this

Hi,

Again, check logs and try to find out why initialization of the components has failed.

BTW Communication Agent Component is component delivered by Siebel, not by Genesys.
