Title: Shutting down campaigns automatically in Outbound Contact Manager

Other than using campaign sequencing, is there a configuration setting or other means for an automated process to stop and unload all campaigns nightly at midnight (or other designated times); currently I have several campaigns that we run that we can not sequence it, therefore can't schedule a stop and unload; my managers sometimes forget to go to each VAG to stop/unload whatever is running; I need a solution that will do this automatically.  Any ideas?

Hi,

I'm not aware of any configuration settings but it's possible to develop application that will allow you to stop/start outbound campaing(s). I did something very similar in the past and it worked well.
