Title: Knowledge Manager standard response

Hi,
    I have added a few standard resoponse [Only Plain text format] in knowledge manager & when i select those response in GAD an extra space is coming and in clinet side it comes with /n.

For example. if the msg is GOOD BYE, in client side it comes as GOOD BYE\n..

Any pointers to resolve this wud be helpful..

Hi
KM doesn't add a "\n" at the end of the message or any other extra characters. You can try to test it with, say ,acknowledgement or autoresponse objects in the strategy. Just send it and see what you will get on the email client side. If the test is not sucessful please open an SR. If everything is OK then it's added by the desktop and it's question to the desktop team.
