Title: Reg:SCI login

Hi,

SCI is allowing only one person to log-in at a time. Could any one please help me what could be the reason.Its not allowing to log-in multiple users. When first person comes out of SCI then only it is allowing the second person to log-in. Its throws an error like "not connected to SCS".

Might be the permissions on the User...? Check in CME that they are in the right [b]Access Groups>... [/b] and that they have a level of access to the [i]Application[/i], in the settings of the [b]Person>Ranks[/b].

Also check in CME: [b]SCS>Security>Permissions[/b]
